International shipping rates
We offer flat rate of just $9 (international) for your first item, and just a bit more for any extra item. Your rates will be displayed when you begin the checkout process. Shipping rates are based on weight and location.
We shipping all our retail orders via Global Mail (DHL), Delivery time is 10 to 14 days (sometimes it can prolong up to 21 days). It’s a bit slow shipping but it's very safe and partly traceable online.
We also offer Free worldwide shipping via Global Mail for any retail order over $100
RETURNS:
We guarantee you will be satisfied with your choice when you start to feel like a true pin up diva! But if something, nevertheless, isn’t right, we are still at your service and we will try to do anything to help you – from the replacement to the store credit.
• Return requests have to be brought to our attention within 7 days from goods receipt.
• Shipping cost is non-refundable unless we ship an item in error.
• Returns on orders that utilize free shipping will be subject to a reduction in the amount depends on the actual shipping cost.
• Swimwear is returnable, however it must show no signs of wear. Please be certain to try on all swimwear with undergarments.
Items cannot be returned if:
• The items aren’t in their original packing;
• The items have noticeable traces of wearing;
• The items are not in the “like new” condition.
• Items on 'sale' in our sale section are final sale (unless you received a damaged item).
EXCHANGES:
• Exchange requests have to be brought to our attention within 7 days from goods receipt.
• Exchanges are allowed for size only.
• We offer only one exchange per order.
• If your requested size is out of stock when we receive your package you will be issued a refund or store credit based on the item cost.
• You must include a copy of your receipt along with a request for refund or exchange.
• Please ship with tracking, we are not responsible for packages lost by shipping carriers.
• All items must be in their original packaging and in sellable condition.
• Any worn, soiled, altered, or customer damaged items will not be accepted and no refund issued (item can be shipped back to you at your cost).
